This tropical, tranquil piece of paradise is the ideal location to revive rejuvenate and re-energize. This spectacular home has a glistening infinity pool overlooking the ocean.

Yoga, Mindfulness and Personal Transformation

Anusara Yoga is a modern day Hatha Yoga. Providing physical benefits whilst bringing peace and calmness to the mind.
The practices are designed to connect you more fully with your breath and body, as well as opening up and exploring the potential of the heart.

Mindfulness and meditation are an effective way to manage stress and bring about self awareness and connection. Mindfulness is about being in tune with what is happening in each moment, in our thoughts, our bodies and our emotions.

We will enter the world of meditation and explore a variety of techniques.

Holistic Health & Wellbeing

We have designed a selection of activities that will awaken the mind, body and soul. This well balanced program will contain daily practices in Anusara Yoga, Mindfulness and Meditation.

You will stimulate your body with the assortment of Fitness activities designed to suit all fitness levels.

The daily Health & Wellbeing workshops will educate and empower you to continue on your journey once you are home.

Wellness Therapies are available upon request. Our trained and talented therapists offer a variety of wellness therapies to suit the individual. Whether working on releasing stress and tension or releasing toxins within, the benefits are great.
