Arriving/departing by road
The Bruce Highway is the major road linking Queensland’s coastal cities and towns from Brisbane to Cairns. The Bruce Highway runs through Proserpine and Bowen on the Whitsunday Coast. Airlie Beach is located approximately 20 minutes off the Bruce Highway from Proserpine along Shute Harbour Road. Major coach operators include Airlie Beach in their regular scheduled services from major cities along the coast.
Arriving by air
The Whitsundays is serviced by two domestic airports – Great Barrier Reef Airport (Hamilton Island) and Whitsunday Coast Airport (Proserpine). Buses and taxis meet the Proserpine airport flights. Deposits and Payments
A 50 % deposit, per person is required for bookings on workshops and retreats. Full payment is required 5 days prior to the retreat date.
Additional Spa Treatments and Wellness Therapies are to be pre-booked and paid in full prior to the retreat date.
You will be sent an additional treatment request form upon securing your retreat date.
Payments to be made via Direct Deposit.
Cancellation and Postponement
All payments made by you, including deposits, are non-refundable. Changes to your booking will incur cancellation or postponement fees. Credit will be held on your behalf for you to use at a future retreat, within a period of 12 months from the date of the original booking. A date amendment fee of $500 is payable; if you need to postpone within 14 days of your scheduled arrival. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We recommend guests secure their plans with comprehensive travel insurance. Whitsunday Health and Wellness Retreats accept no responsibility for loss of deposits, additional expenses for unseen events, travel delays or personal liability

Dietary and Medical Requirements
Any specific dietary or medical requirements need to be advised prior to arrival. A Retreat Questionnaire is to be completed and returned prior to your arrival.
Mobiles will not operate due to reception restrictions at Palm Bay. We ask that mobile phones be restricted to your private rooms only during the Airlie Beach Retreats
