Yoga, Mindfulness and Personal Transformation

Anusara Yoga is a modern day Hatha Yoga. Providing physical benefits whilst bringing peace and calmness to the mind.
The practices are designed to connect you more fully with your breath and body, as well as opening up and exploring the potential of the heart.

Mindfulness and meditation are an effective way to manage stress and bring about self awareness and connection. Mindfulness is about being in tune with what is happening in each moment, in our thoughts, our bodies and our emotions.

We will enter the world of meditation and explore a variety of techniques.

I would highly recommend this experience to anyone looking to reconnect with themselves and take a break. Do something nice for yourself you want regret it. I feel refreshed and relaxed after the weekend. I will be going home with knowledge and tools to grow and improve my relationship with myself and others. To say that Jacky is passionate about sharing her knowledge and insight, to the keys to Health and Mindfulness, is an understatement!

Attending the 2 day workshop at Pepperberry House in the Whitsundays was the perfect time out to stretch (thanks Meaghan!), breathe, remember and reconnect, with what life is about and what to be grateful for. As well as meeting new amazing like minded people all on the journey to simply living a happy life.

The food was fresh and yummy, the view was incredible, the pool was perfect! Thank you Jacky for sharing your wisdom and experience. I’ll definitely be back for another retreat.
